Sport Consultancy

Working with sports clubs and associations to ensure their sport is delivered in a sustainable and valued way. We are able to facilitate a variety of opportunities to enable sports to offer a better service to their members.
Clubs and associations often do not have the inclination, time or expertise to develop or position their organisation with a view to the long-term viability of themselves. Canterbury West Coast Sports Trust has been working in a number of these areas over the years and built a wealth of knowledge and experience that clubs and associations can use to ensure they have a future. There are a variety of different things that clubs can do improve themselves, but as many are operating just to survive season to season, the things that can be done to ensure a sustainable future fall by the wayside.
